This is an everyday product for people who workout. It's a bit expensive but can easily become an essential part of your quest for that summer six-pack. I use it on my neck as well (I have submental fat and wrinkles from before I started cutting) and have seen the most effect in that region. More defined jaw lines and less of a double-chin! My abdominal skin feels tighter as well, although to be honest I need to lower my body fat by a few more percents.
