I am not usually a serum person - but the Elizavecca 97% Hyaluronic Acid serum was both priced very affordably, and didn't promise too many bangs and whistles, so I popped it into my cart and have been using for almost 3 months now!

I really love it - it moisturises and makes my skin noticeably smoother. It has even helped my Psoriasis disappear around my hairline!

The packaging is not very bathroom-safe, because it's entirely glass (including the very handy dropper) - I suggest to dry your hands before handling this. But I do like that it's entirely sanitary, with the dropper, so your skin does not come in contact with the product.

The serum itself is viscous, clear and with no detectable scent. The dropper picks up about twice of what you actually need for your face - 2 drops, or 3 if you want to go down the neck and chest (highly suggest doing that), it spreads extremely easily and sinks in without sticky residue.

I used this for a full month straight (approximately what it takes for your skin to make a full cell turnover), and then stopped it for a week to see what would happen.
While using it at least once a day, right after toning my skin (sometimes with a regular toner, and sometimes with leftover sheet mask essence as I like doing) my skin started to feel a lot plumper and just healthier - dry patches disappeared, it looked more even and was generally always happy.

There was a massive difference in how my skin felt once I stopped using it. Dry patches returned, and it was more difficult to keep it thoroughly moisturised everyday.

I adore this serum, and will continue using it - considering how affordable it is, there's no risk for you to try it! But I am quite sure it will fit almost any skin type, because it's not heavy or overly moisturising, and it doesn't have bad chemical ingredients (CosDNA'it and everything)

Gorgeous scent + great skincare benefits = Innisfree Wine Jelly Sleeping Pack

This is my ultimate Holy Grail skincare item - something I keep repurchasing (on my 4th tub right now), and will continue to do so. To start with - it smells amazing! Fresh grapes mixed with sweet wine, and a touch of florals. It's so therapeutic to apply this! The texture is most curious - cream/gel that restructures itself if you disturb it. It's very creamy and slightly slippery, but sinks in quickly without leaving much residue.

After applying this, the next morning my skin looks calmer and brighter, feels a lot more nourished and bouncy. It's the one sleeping mask that actually makes a big difference on my skin - and it's only for the better! This would work for both dry and combo to oily skin, because you can control how thickly you apply, and thus control just how much moisture/nourishing your skin gets!

Bonus tip - if you feel your skin is a little dry in the morning, even after applying your skincare routine, just use this instead of your regular face cream! It's like a cream & treatment in one. Love it!

Great fit, pleasant wear experience and a fun look - black sheet mask with a scent of flower honey!

This Black Honey version of Bombee mask packs from Papa Recipe is supposedly more intense in its effects.

It was probably the best fitting mask I've ever worn - fit like a glove! It stayed on my face for 40 minutes, and by then my skin had drank up all the essence, but it didn't feel dry like some sheet masks can be after wear.

The effects were quite excellent - brightening and soothing, definitely! However, the one small drawback is that I didn't feel this mask was as moisturising as I would have liked. I usually don't need to apply any extra moisturises after sheet masking, but I felt like I needed a sleeping mask to follow this one up!

That being said, I still love this mask - it smells heavenly, and does good things to my skin. I would only say that maybe it's a little on the expensive side, for what it does.

Lovely, long-lasting lipstick with a very wide range of colours.

I have the shade Inka Rose - a slightly muted blue-based pink. The lipstick glides on extremely smoothly, the texture is buttery and light. There is a faint floral scent - it's very pleasant, but doesn't linger if you're worried about that.
The lipstick settles down and lasts for hours without much fading! I can eat, drink and talk lots with it on, and 4 hours later it still looks pretty darn good. Best part - it does not dry out my lips during wear time.

Love, love, LOVE these lip tints! They work as a liquid lipstick-turned lip tint and last good 6 hours. There are 20 shades to chose from - pinks, corals, oranges and reds - everyone should be able to find something to their liking.

The formula feels wet, but not sticky, and applies very smoothly. The applicator is perfect for getting sharp lines and dispensing just the right amount of product. The tint is very pigmented, so usually 1 coat is enough (you can layer it up). After the gloss wears off, you're left with a beautiful stain on the lips that will last well into the night!

The Mono Eyes are a fantastic range of eyeshadows. You get many different formulas and a plethora of incredible colours. There are many shades that I have not seen anywhere else, and you can chose from Satin, Shimmer, Glitter, Matte, Cream and Baked shadow formulas to suit your liking.

You can also depot these and assemple palettes - Aritaum has empty cases for that purpose.

I have tried all the formulas and love them, pigmentation is strong, they look gorgeous on the lid and blend easily - I would say these are perhaps even better than MAC eyeshadows!

One important thing to know about the 'Glitter' formula - it shatters easily, so you have to be careful.

Sparkly wonderland on your eyes! The Shine Fix Eyes is a 'hybrid' eyeshadow - when you touch it feels almost creamy.

It comes in a tub with a stopper that keeps the eyeshadow nicely packed down. Although entirely glitter, it's a very smooth formula that coats the eyelid in an almost metallic-but-better sparkle.

I love it for single-eyeshadow looks, because it makes a statement without being too much. The kind of glitter used here makes your eyes glisten, like an anime character, so it looks really beautiful when worn alone, or as a top-coat.

Best applied with fingers - then you have absolutely 0 fall-out, and can control the pigmentation.

The Painting Rouge Chiffon is a wonderful semi-matte liquid lipstick that packs quite a punch with great pigmentation and long-lasting, smooth formula.
It applies easily, and doesn't bleed outside of the lips, not to mention that it will take you through good 5 hours!

I love this for days when you can't worry about your lip colour, and keep touching it up every few minutes. The bright colours pair well with the semi-matte formula as they provide a pop of colour without being too bold (if they were glossy).

A bonus is that this is very portable and compact - will fit into a small evening bag! No need to worry if you have a special event to attend :)

SwissPure is a sister brand to Missha & A'pieu, but it focuses more on the natural aspect of their ingredients - using extracts and ingredients from the Swiss Alp region (Edelweiss extract can be found in most of their products). Recently they came out with a makeup line as well - the Glow Wear HD Cushion being the 'star' product.

It's a cushion foundation - currently in LE Le Petit Prince packaging - that offers light to medium coverage, moisturising properties and glowing finish. I love this cushion - it's perfect for dry to combo skin (oily skin might find it too glowing), as it doesn't cling to dry patches, applies very smoothly.

The cushion events out the skin and covers minor imperfections and reduces redness making the skin look natural, yet quite flawless. The glowing finish adds to the 'naturally ethereal' look that is craved by Korean women (and us in the AB community) and doesn't make you look oily - just healthy and luminous.

This is one of the best cushions I've tried!
